The Dentistry aims the study, prevention, diagnosis, treatment of anomalies and diseases of the teeth, mouth, jaws and associated structures. In this area, of medical knowledge, the professional acts in the treatment and prevention of various diseases, like gum disease or tooth decay, to diagnosis of mucosal oral lesions (including manifestations of systemic diseases, oral cancer, etc.) and we must also underline the increasing of involvement in the production and importance of preventive measures at the level of oral health, in early stages of development or in older age groups. This paper aims to describe the clinical practice developed during the school year 2013/2014 based on scientific principles taught during the Master Degree in Dental Medicine, in Catholic University, featuring the observed patients and clinical acts performed at the University Clinic, either as operator or as an assistant, within the various Disciplinary Areas. The development of the training process in clinical context allowed the acquisition and consolidation of theoretical knowledge through observation and treatment of many patients and pathologies. It should be noted that contact with the different teachers allowed a valuable exchange of knowledge and professional experience, which contributed to the professional enrichment. It should be noted that the Master Degree in Dental Medicine is taught according to a multidisciplinary logic, implying the communication art field and the observance of strict ethical and moral criteria in order to achieve adequate treatment to enable the best possible prognosis.
