Relatório de atividade clínica

Abstract

This document want to demonstrate all the clinical work made during this scholar year - 2015/2016 in “Clínica Dentária Universitária - Universidade Católica Portuguesa” with the goal to obtain the Master Degree. The real purpose of it, is to explain step by step all the clinical activity made by the author during the fifth grade, and analyze all the path associated with the development of technical and scientific skills that aspire to improve the quality of medical services provided to all the patients. The “Relatório de Atividade Clínica” gathers all the clinical practice and provide statistical analysis of all the medical appointment made by the author, under one qualitative and quantitative perspective. The interactions with all the patients not only increase the professional growth, witch concern to diagnosis and treatment of many diseases of the oral cavity, but also provides the theoretical substantiation of the whole stockpile acquired over the years. It’s important to say that all the professors had an enormous contribute increasing the basic medical knowledge for all life long. However, we can’t ignore that in this fase all the information is at the bottom. All the process of professional qualification is a long way to go and will make me a better professional day by day.
