Abstract

This report aim’s to bringing forward the clinical experience from all the different fields covered at the 5th grade of the Integrated Master’s degree in Dentistry of the “Instituto de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa – Viseu.” For its drafting, clinical data of all patients was collected, exposed and discussed. All patients were attended by student Pedro Andrade during the completion of his 5th grade. All data is arranged according to the clinical acts performed on areas where it was possible to gather and consolidate knowledge and acquire good practical skills, such as Oral Medicine, Oral Surgery, Periodontology, Fixed Prosthodontics, Removable Prosthodontics, Occlusion, Operative Dentistry, Endodontics, Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics. The number of acts and patients exceeded expectations. This was of great advantage for the student since it enabled contact with a broader set of clinical cases. The author chose three acts to which he devoted special attention with a deeper analysis in the second half of the report.
