With this report, I intend to highlight the integration of knowledge and skills developed in different contexts where I did my stage. The stage presented in this course as an essential opportunity for personal and professional growth, assuming the care of the user as a whole, in family, group and community. The work on stage, and its diversity, allow me the mobilization of multiple skills and gave me a great training potential in the area of mental health and psychiatry. In each context, I proceeded to prepare a portfolio in a "dossier", based on developed work, paying attention to description, analysis and discussion of the lived situations. On a personal level, I think it was essential to have a contiguous contact with the practice level, to be better able to reflect on the preference about my specialty. The internship at Lisbon Psychiatric Hospital Center, Psychiatric Clinic VI (CHPL, CP-VI) mobilized broader and more diversified skills and knowledge due to the multiplicity of situations found. There were many life experiences of crisis intervention that involved the mobilization of knowledge, sparking discussion and reflection. Sintra Community team, CINTRA (Integrated Center for Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitation) is a unit with great specificity with constant monitoring of community’s users. The developed work of nursing integrates an attentive presence, without neglecting the therapeutic relationship as the primary mission of nursing. The stage at the Day Hospital in North Lisbon Hospital Center, Hospital of Santa Maria (CHLN, HSM), where had undertaken the training of the optional module, allowed a more organized and planned care, providing a specialized intervention. This report describes the specialized interventions and specialist skills developed as well as the theoretical argument for the choices made, not neglecting the emotions experienced during that period
