This Training Report describes the process of learning developed over the same, playing through the objectives outlined and related interventions that embody the set of skills acquired in Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatry. The stage was developed in two different modules: Project CONSENT under the Mental Health Promotion Unit and S. Aloysius Gonzaga, Home Health of Bom Jesus - Addiction Unit. To translate the reflexive form of a journey made throughout the stage.
