In this document I describe my process of learning and evolution through the different internship steps which led to the acquirement of the needed skills to perform specialized nursing care in the area of Child Health and Pediatrics. The achievement of internship was general objectives to develop the capacity for integration, mobilization and application of knowledge to solve complex problems and situations in different contexts of action, consider about the implications and responsibilities of ethical and social decisions and able to communicate the findings and knowledge to different team members. For this presentation I divided the skills in four domains of action (provision of care, management, training and investigation), relating to each one of this the specific objectives outlined for the different internship modules and the developed activities to fulfill them; I also reflect about my progress based on bibliographic research, in order to justify the stated with scientific evidence. At an end of this journey I consider all objectives met and the skills proposed by the pedagogical team developed.
