The present report describes the way followed during the Internship, the experiences I have faced, the developments I have made, and most of all what I have learned that allowed me to improve myself and others regarding the promotion of healthy lifestyles diagnosis and prevention; intervention in crisis situations in adults, and the rehabilitation and reintegration of people with mental illness/disease. The human being is made of humanistic values - selfless and interaction is the key to holistic care in the processes of health / mental illness (disease) throughout the life cycle. In the area of health promotion, diagnosis and prevention of Homelessness people, it was identified problems and / or possible areas of intervention and the evaluation was made for the overall health of the Homeless. The preferred technique was base in the relationship help-trust. It was found that the psychopathological symptoms limit the actions of homeless people. From the interventions resulted an improvement in the perception of health status for the Homeless and an interaction mediated by the relationship of help - trust promoting the changing in behavior and improving the human wellbeing. As part of the intervention in a crisis situation in adult prisons, dealing with the problems identified, anxiety and suicide risk in depressed patients, individual and group interventions were made. The admission of the patient / inmate has been improved with the construction of a host guide. Relaxation sessions and the project for suicide prevention in patients / inmates with depression contributed to reduce the problems identified. The training on techniques of relationship help directed in pairs, promoted the understanding and improvement of care practices. In terms of rehabilitation and reintegration of drug addicted people, there were interviews that contributed to an improvement in care services to the users as it was taken into account the needs perceived by them. The identification of the care services provided by nurses through the technique of observation participant and the description of them made possible to have the perception of the intervention model used and the improvement of the best practices. The promotion of training in pairs in the specialization area proved to be an asset for the identification and planning of nursing interventions. The activities / interventions contributed to self-knowledge and understanding of effective therapeutic interventions in the promotion and protection of mental health, disease prevention, treatment and rehabilitation aiming at the matching of the responses of the person / patient / family facing the problems related to mental illness/disease.
