The probation was held under the Master of Work Psychology and Organizational and held at the Town Hall of Vila Verde (CMVV), Division of Human Recourses during the period October 2010 at April 2011. Throughout this stage were carried out various activities related to the DRH such as File, Internal Communication, Balancing Curricular, Vocational Training and Performance Evaluation. Understand the important of Public Administration as an entity that ensures the satisfaction of regular common and collective needs, as well as functioning of the Human Resources and its mission. This experience has allowed improving the theoretical and putting them into practice thereby recognizing the indispensability of the people and the importance of Human Resources.
