This report seeks to describe the work realized in a curricular unit that belongs to the Master in Nursing with Specialization in Mental Health and Psychiatry plan of studies, given by the Institute of Health and Sciences at Portuguese Catholic University.It aims to show what was done during all the internship stages as well as all the scientific and technical knowledge and skills acquired. This internship was conducted in two different contexts inside the Nursing Mental Health and Psychiatry area.During the internship I’ve developed and acquired skills in inpatient unit, belonging to Santo Tirso/ Trofa service of Magalhães Lemos Hospital. The optional module was realized at PIAC (Integrated Community Support Project).
