The experiences offered by this internship allowed me to acquire skills of planning and decision making in complex and unforeseen situations, enhance the capacity of reasoning and priority defining when addressing the critical patient and also improve the involvement and awareness of health care teams in order to optimize their performance. In this context I improved my performance in technical, scientific and relational aspects in the various stages of the process which includes the path taken by the critical patient from stabilizing and transporting in pre-hospital environment, approaching in the emergency service context and maintaining clinical status when admitted in an intensive care unit.
