The stage took place in different areas in the care of the child/youth and family such as : Neonatology, Pediatric and Pediatric Urgency that took place in two hospitals with differentiated care characteristics in the area of specialization of Children and Pediatric Health. This report aims to explain a reflection of my course in the different care contexts, reflecting on the specialized skills acquired, defined in the curriculum developed in the four domains of nursing practice: Caregiving, Management, Training and Research. This way, with this internship I was able to apply my knowledge in some aspects like problem solving in new situations, in extended multidisciplinary contexts; integrating those by answering complex issues; reflecting about the consequences and ethical and social responsibilities of the problem solving; taking justified decisions, including in the practice the relevant and valid results of the research made in the sphere of the specialization, as well as other evidences, paying attention at the ethical and social issues. The methodology used in this report was descriptive, critical and reflexive, based on bibliographical research.
