This work aims to describe the course of internships carried out in two contexts: intensive medicine service and Infection Control and Antimicrobial Resistance Service, in from September 4th to December 16th, 2023, in total of 360 contact hours. The methodology used to describe the report was the descriptive, analytical, and reflective methodology, which allowed, through a narrative and detailed way, to describe the experiences lived, the problems encountered, the difficulties experienced, and the gains obtained during the internships. This document aims to report and describe the experiences lived in the practice of care, the activities developed and the contexts in which they were carried out, analyze them, and reflect on how they contributed to the development of specialized and skills in medical-surgical nursing in the care of people in critical situations. The gains obtained from carrying out the internships were reflected at the level of multidisciplinary team’s whit which I had contact, through the sharing and exchange of experiences and knowledge, improvement, and acquisition of skills, thus leading to an improvement in nursing care provided.
