: sobre o estágio curricular no Canal180

Abstract

In this internship report, I will describe my experience as an intern in the company Canal180, which ran from November 2023 to May 2024. I joined this internship because of my interest in the multimedia and audio-visual areas, as well as my participation in the UCP's Master of Cinema. I will present in detail the projects I have collaborated on during my time on Canal180, mostly, art and culture dissemination initiatives. Beyond my work experience during the internship, I make a brief reflexion about the role of editing as an essential tool in Cinema and in the presentation of culture to the general audience. This report is divided in four chapters, the first contextualising the history of the welcoming entity, as well as explaining my daily experience in the office, the second one demonstrating the activities performed and a timeline of my internship, the third one where I explain in detail the development of the projects I carried out, and the fourth chapter where I make a brief reflexion about the role of editing in the creation of social media content.
