Abstract

This report fits within the curriculum internship inserted in the Masters in Work and Organizational Psychology of the Portuguese Catholic University. It describes the activities of the probationary period between October 2014 and March 2015, surpassing the minimum 590 hours. The internship took place in Synergie ETT SA group, at Porto’s Delegation. The document consists of two sections. The first is divided between the description of the organization and an explanation of their expertise areas and the important role of the Work and Organizational Psychologist. The second is a description of the activities performed in the company and the respective theoretical foundation.
