Some of these areas have raised my investment in training sessions, opportunities for improvement considered. The effort was rewarded by the satisfaction, collaboration and commitment of the participants. Thus, the stimulation of research, its incorporation and understanding of its implications in practice, the critical spirit, creativity and the need to innovate were a constant throughout this course and guided the three modules stage.
