Abstract

This document was elaborated in the extent of the master course in Nursing with specialization in Child and Pediatric Health, developed in the Portuguese Catholic University, Oporto’s unit. It had has basis the Training Curricular Plan, which comprises Module I – Child Health, accomplished in the UCC of Viana do Castelo and USF Gil Eanes, Module II – Pediatric Admission Service, and Module III – Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Service as well as Pediatric Emergency Service. During this report I make a reflexive and critic analysis about the acquired capacities, the developed activities, as well as the stated goals, highlighting the difficulties and experiences lived during this course. The used methodology in elaborating this report is both reflexive and descriptive. For easier understanding, the capacities are distributed through domains, to know: Provision of care Domain, Management Domain, Training Domain and Investigation Domain.
