Abstract

This report aims at the acquisition stage of the master degree and demonstrates ability to identify problems and develop solutions, to reflect on the actions taken and their social and ethical implications, as it allows adequately communicate the findings. It is divided into three parts: Introduction, Analysis Critical-Reflexive modules on stage and Conclusion. In the Introduction framework of the above is underway, notably in professional terms with reference to the role of the nurse specialist as having different skills, the objectives of the report, a brief reference to the methodology used and the justification for the structure of work. Although this chapter is a presentation of the modules performed on stage and the reasons for the choices made. In Analysis Critical-Reflexive are the description and reflection on the activities undertaken in each field stage, as well as how and with what difficulties the objectives and competencies have been achieved and acquired respectively. We decided to split into subchapters each module and each differed from the points of care, management, training and problem situations identified. The realization of these three modules allowed me to have a perception of the complete circuit of the patient: Pre-hospital Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit. In Conclusion concluding remarks are exposed in relation to identified problem situations reflected and suggests some solutions to overcome or solve. It made an approach about the new skills acquired and how it can and should change my approach at work in different areas in which the Nurse Specialist is differentiated and how this distinction can bring health gains.
