Abstract

The main objective of this internship report is precisely to apply and develop both a questionnaire and an interview to be able to assess the degree of satisfaction of the tourist regarding the use of Uber's digital platform, in the context of the company called Circuito Abrangente. The specific objectives of the research are to characterize the profile of users, identify the preference of tourist services, compare the most economical and the most expensive services, determine the points of affluence and the most popular destinations, analyze the expected driver behavior and respective recommendations valued by drivers and, finally, examine the preference between electric and combustion vehicles. To be able to gather all this information, I interviewed the main service provider of the corporate entity and also, optionally, I performed TVDE driver activities to obtain more data, having the challenge of communicating with non-speaking foreigners, neither English nor Portuguese, and also to be able to apply the questionnaire. Regarding the methodology applied in this study, it can be stated that a quantitative methodology was used, through the use of a survey/questionnaire and also a qualitative methodology, using an interview. A non-probabilistic and convenience sample was chosen, which includes one hundred and one people.
