This investigation entitled Satisfation and Quality of Life, Predictive Factors of Turnover of the Comercials of the “Grupo MCoutinho”, is based on the analysis of the Turnover in the Comercials of the “Grupo MCoutinho”, wich as major activity the trade and repair of motor vehicles. The evaluation of Satisfaction and Quality of Life (QOL), was another goal of this study of empiric character. This was performed in all the car platforms of the group (MCoutinho Alvescar, MCoutinho Centro, MCoutinho Douro, MCoutinho Litoral, MCoutinho Nordeste, MCoutinho Ocasião, MCoutinho Porto). The evaluation of the QOL and the Satisfaction was performed through two questionnaires directed to all the commercials of the car platforms mentioned earlier. The QOL was assessed by the “WHOQOL-BREF” authorship oh the OMS and validated to the Portuguese population (Vaz Serra, Canavarro, Simões, Pereira, Gameiro, Quartilho, Rijo, Carona & Paredes, 2006), while the Satisfaction was assessed by the “JSS” Questionnaire (Spector, 1985). The Turnover, another aim of this study, was assessed by the calculation of its index, which comtemplates only the exit of commercials in the 2009 period and was determined by car platforms. The results show that Satisfaction and the QOL are predictive factors of the Turnover in the Group. Since this study has the primary goal the analysis of the turnover, in one of the most important professional group in a company whose primary business is car sales, the results of this research are fundamental in that it gives us to know the reasons why these workers leave the Group. So, it was later prepared a set of measures so as to reduce the turnover rate and retain these employees to the Group. These measures go towards improving levels of satisfaction and QOL, causing them to stick to the organization thereby reducing costs. The findings of this study confirm some of the data revealed by the literature as being an important contribution to good management of the organization in terms of its human capital.
