Abstract

This report has the purpose of reflecting my professional trajectory as a Social Worker at the Company CTT. From an individual point of view, all the presented contents are the result of my professional experience In a interdependence logic between Past, Present and Future, the report is structured in three chapters: The first of Memorial of my Professional Trajectory, where I contextualize the Institution and the Service where the activity takes place, highlighting its trajectory with all the dynamics inherent to CTT Social Work, presenting the professional chronology with the “life story” resource, as well as the developed actions/activities, quantitative data, inherent difficulties, limits and challenges facing this professional practice as a specific knowledge within a business context; In the second I present a theoretical reflection about the Business Social Work, with a highlight to its specificities within the profession, through its general trajectory and at the national level, demonstrating the added value of the Mediation use and the third of final considerations and future perspectives, the conclusions and present results about my trajectory and performance, enhance a positive evolution of my professional activity, in presente and future giving relevance to the professional transversally in a business environment.
