Teologia missionária e ecuménica do padre António Vieira na obra Clavis prophetarum

Abstract

Regarding Father António Vieira repository, Clavis Prophetarum occupies a double space, to know: as an ex libris, in author’s opinion and as unknown to the public in general. The fact of being an unfinished work and later censured by the Tribunal of the Holy Office, has made that remained forgotten in the annals of history, which is reflected in the few studies elaborated regarding that paper. This thesis pretends to present Clavis Prophetarum as a whole, emphasizing the issues of mission and ecumenism. Addressed the context in which it was drafted and presented, in a formal and thematic level, we try to understand the state of art of Clavis Prophetarum, based in the theology delivered by the Second Vatican Ecumenical Council (1962-1965).
