Abstract

Researchers as well as the actors of politics of education often agree in acknowledging the existence of supra-natural structures that control and coordinate the conception and execution for educative politics in the World. The educative side is not absence of the globalization system. In the last decades, many studies have been come out about the effects of the globalization in education. However, the authors disagree on the perspectives theoretic-conceptual that solidify their reflections. Some think that globalization in education is a “Whirlwind in movement.” For others, it is a self processing method as global system with “an organized centre.” For this reason, Azevedo (2000) talks about the theory of the World Educational System (WES), a perspective that has oriented our research. Although the subject’s study of this work is the analyse of the Angolan Educational Politics in the general teaching and technical-professional from 1975 to 2015, with the SEM strategic system. The key purpose of this study is to raise a debate to obtain strategies that permit more success for the Angolan teaching system visa-avis to a global one. We had followed a methodology especially qualitative, and had the documental analyse as the key of this work. All the bibliography used for this study had been collected from the Angolan Educational Ministry (MED). In this study, we discovered a strong dependence of Angola in the matter of conception and execution of the educational strategies at the World level, in terms of originality, creativity, and the specific context of Angola, in the general teaching as well as in the technical-professional. There is a big gap on their own strategy.
