The following study is a report of my professional activity and aims to reflect on my intervention performed with a child with trisomy 21. The inclusion of students with trisomy 21 in regular schools demands a reflection on educational practices. Equality of opportunity is not always present in education, as can be seen often in the constitution of classes (classes of different levels are still being constituted in many schools) and in the reactions to the inclusion of these students, which are not so positive. This study aims to contribute to the knowledge of the process of school inclusion of a child with trisomy 21 upon a case study
