The main purpose of the case study is to analyze and discuss the internationalization process of Go Natural in the United Kingdom and Spain. In the course of the case, the history of the company is mentioned as well as the different possibilities for its internationalization. The study came about in the scope of the expansion of the brand business. However, due to the situation experienced in 2020 and 2021 with COVID 19, Go Natural had to give priority to other issues. In the future, the company's biggest challenge will be the implementation of the presented strategic plan, as well as the challenge of realizing whether the internationalization and management strategies are in line with reality. Their definition was based on the company's history up to the present day. The case presented is an analysis of several internationalization alternatives that can be followed.
