Abstract

The realization of this Project aims to show the structure of a Web radio in order to issue directly, online, from the campus of Palma de Cima in the Catholic University of Portugal. Through the analysis of other college radio stations in the country, we plan to present the universe of a radio academy while studying the structure of support that is required for its operation. The original project presents a series of options related to the organization of human an technical resources, programming, target audience, SWOT analysis, goal settings, slogan and logo, financial and marketing solutions, educational perspective, digital platform and tools and the definition of the legal issues. It is intended that this project will be viewed as a “standard model” of organizing and creating a college radio, whether by optimizing the existent resources or by building it from scratch, taking into account the objectives and efforts a project like this requires.
