Humanity has made efforts to make the world increasingly globalized and fast paced in different areas. Having the possibility of transporting food between different continents while maintaining safety and quality conditions is one of the examples that can be presented about the ongoing globalization. The world is currently facing the 4.0 revolution. Regarding industry 4.0 technologies, we can present the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), a software format that aims to guide factory base operators through the various steps to be taken in production, as well as collecting and analysing the several data that are inserted by them in the entire production process. Foodintech is a company specialized in the development of MES systems, thus introducing FlowM software to the market. This software was developed in order to support the entire agri-food sector, and others. In the agri-food sector efforts have been made to create uniform food regulations and standards for different parts of the world, such as the IFS Food (International Featured Standards Food). Paupério is a company in the biscuit and cracker sector that uses FlowM software to revolutionize its production, safety and quality levels and certify its production by applying the IFS food version 6 standard. In this work, the dematerialization of the IFS Food standard in FlowM software was evaluated. This dematerialization process was accompanied by training that contemplated the different menus existing in the program, as well as the consultation of various documents. The results obtained from the analysis carried out were compiled in several tables and divided according to the six major themes covered by the standard: Top management responsibility, Quality Management System and Food Safety, among others. The entire analysis confirmed that all themes were dematerialized in software through its various menus. The two interfaces software's (Back office and Front office) allowed users to obtain responses at various levels in real time. Finally, since the software is a program in constant development, several improvements can always be made in the parameterization and thus a constant optimization in the company in question.
