The research work proposed in an organizational context aimed to evaluate the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems in the Order to Cash (O2C) process in the SEG Automotive organization. After a brief contextualization of this type of technology, main advantages and challenges in its implementation, a whole work is developed from the point of view of management control by evaluating the ex-ante and ex-post process, resulting from the implementation of this technology in the O2C process for the organization, using the definition of KPI's, as well as financially evaluating the RPA implementation projects using the NPV. The results obtained showed that the implementation of KPI’s throughout the ex-ante and ex-post process allows a greater breadth of analysis regarding the implementation and performance evaluation of RPA technology. On the other hand, from a financial point of view, this investigation also showed that RPA implementation projects in the organization allow the creation of value according to an NPV analysis.
