This work report was prepared as part of the Master in Visual Arts Education in the 3rd cycle of basic education and secondary education, seeks to deconstruct preconceived ideas as to drawing learning, and proposes leave some vices inherent in his construction, based on experiences created for students that awaken to the importance of (re) learn to see summoning every way. The study proposes some educational strategies leading to a new way of see and know the drawing, the leaving of a vision and expression stereotyped, and the development of critical and creative thinking. This report presents, in the first part, a theoretical development of conceptual approach analyzing the work of several authors, analyzing the concepts of design, perception and artistic education, and forms the basis for our teaching practice. The second part develops some didactic proposals for clearance of teaching / learning strategies, applied the on the area of Drawing and Visual Communication in Secondary School D. Maria II, Braga, in the class with which did our teaching training. These aimed to encourage students in their observation and representation capabilities, see clearly to draw better. At the end, presents a reflection on the results of this experience, as well as some proposals of future development.
