: estudo exploratório sobre perspectivas de implementação de mediação familiar na PSP

Abstract

This work aims at to contribute to minimize familiar conflicts that in a general way affect the societies and in particularly, the families. For such, it shows a comparative analysis of the Statisticians of Crime participated in the State-members of the Union European in 2005 and 2006, shows and it analyzes the dimension of crime participated in the different policies Portuguese in the decade of 1997-2006, crimes against people in the scope of the presented domestic violence in the Policy of Public Security in years 2007-2009 and perspective the implementation of the familiar mediation in the PSP as form to help the authorities judicial to be more efficient and cash in the resolution of these conflicts. It still aims at, to contribute to minimize and/or to prevent futures cases of domestic violence, searching alternative through other institutions, working in net and in order to contributing for a society more joust and equality.
