The Information and Communication Technologies provide new scenarios and many potential environments, so much to teacher’s pedagogical practices as for student’s learning, becoming a strategy for the success of the teaching/learning process. In this context, the teaching's art is a challenge that envolves, from teachers, a lot of activity, availability and adaptability. By this we believe in teachers training and in the investigation need, which is very important in education. The report we present describes and analyzes teacher practice in the teaching/learning process in our teaching training process, where the ICT were well implemented with a visible presence in our pedagogical action, as well as in our research where we studied the Web 2.0 tools utilization on teachers practices and the perception of the students about this usage by their teachers. The results of our research show us that teachers and students consider the ICT usage in teaching an important resource and strategy. However, we conclude that teachers, in general, don’t have adequate training to use those technologies and don’t know much about the numerous tools and services that Web 2.0 can provide to their teaching practice. Our research also shows that students have the perception of the poor use of these tools by teachers.
