I participated in some meetings of this project is led by OECD in cooperation with DGES, the Ministry, and European Commission (DG REFORM) and funded by the European Union via the Technical Support Instrument, and contributed to the document that defines a set of policies to be suggested for HEI in the quest for they becoming more inclusive (higher access from low economic background studens, vocational students, etc)
