Description
Enhancing doctoral students and post docs academic engagement by exploring the impact of globalization in research in the digital age is a research project implemented by CECC researcher Ana Fabíola Maurício and developped in the aim of the FCT's funding programme CEEC Institucional 2018, for the position of junior researcher, in replacement of Patrícia Anzini, also a member of CECC.
The aim of this interdisciplinary research project is to enhance the academic engagement of doctoral students and post-doc researchers in a globalised research environment in the digital age. The research findings will inform science communication and management practices, fostering effective communication, collaboration, and networking opportunities and practices in the digital age. The project's outcomes will provide valuable insights and practical recommendations for science communication and management in order to enhance science communication initiatives and support the professional development of young researchers by implementing effective strategies and policies for enhancing engagement and communication in the digital age.
