A mulher entre dois mundos: de Aristóteles a S. Paulo

Resultado de pesquisarevisão de pares

Our starting point is the controversy between Plato (Republic) and Aristotle (Politics), summed up in the contrast between indifferentiating collectivism and differentiating family. This provides a better context for Aristotle’s position. From there we shall draw a comparison with Saint Paul's point of view, simultaneously marked by the Hebrew heritage and already by the theological perspective of Christianity. Thus, as to Nature, we go from the hierarchical distinction between man and woman to the equality; as to the way of relating, we go from the order of power to the order of love; as to the fundamentation of all of i we go from a perspective centred on the polis, to a theological and Christological one.
