Prova e figliolanza nel Libro di Giobbe: una sfida degli estremi narrativi (Gb 1–2; 42,7-17)

Resultado de pesquisa

The book of Job offers us a remarkable model of intercession. Job’s intercession for his children and friends plays a central role in the dynamics of the debate that runs through the whole book. The integrity of Job as a father and as a believer remains the basis of his role as an intercessor. There is a great unity between the Job intercessor for his sons and daughters and the Job intercessor for his friends. This unity is surprisingly the place in which Job demonstrates the gratuitousness of his relationship with God, but also of his relationship with other human beings, as an indispensable condition for finding himself again under the blessing of God, eventually doubled for maturation in knowledge.
